Community Guidelines

Welcome to the XChange community! This is a safe space to discuss your prenatal to three work in your states and communities.

We want everyone to be part of our community and have their voice heard.

We encourage your feedback and aim to respond to your comments as soon as possible. While we do moderate this community, we welcome open discussion.

To help everyone enjoy our community, we ask that when you post, you keep in mind the following:

• Respect that other people in the community have had different life experiences and may have a different perspective to yours. We welcome different viewpoints.
• Respect copyrights and fair use. Always give attribution for anything shared and get permission, if necessary. Best practice is to link to other’s work, not to reproduce it.
• Do not post personal information that is not publicly available.
• Protect confidential and proprietary information. Adhere to state and federal laws and regulations related to the security and privacy of information (e.g. HIPAA).
• We don’t allow defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful or threatening comments.
• We reserve the right to delete comments at our discretion and block any repeat offenders. We will remove content that is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading.
• You can tag any of the content you contribute, however, we reserve the right to review and change those tags as appropriate to allow for better content searching.
